Scope
What we are usually asked for
Common areas and building services
Common-area and car park lighting, power supplies, distribution boards and switchboards, and the electrical side of pumps, motors, lifts plant and other building services. Faults attended, and repairs or upgrades quoted from the authorised scope.
Testing and compliance
RCD testing, test and tag, and emergency and exit lighting, with asset registers and reporting. These can run as a standalone arrangement or form part of an agreed maintenance schedule.
One-off jobs and ongoing arrangements
You can start with a repair or discuss regular electrical support across a property or portfolio. We will agree how work is requested, who authorises it and what information you need when the job is finished.
Process
How a work order runs
- Send the property, authorised scope and contact details.
- We confirm access, timing and the approval process.
- We complete the agreed electrical work and raise any additional scope for approval.
- We report back with job details, relevant photos and records, plus any follow-up recommendations.
Different agencies and building managers run different systems. We work to yours rather than asking you to adopt ours.

Can you coordinate access with a tenant or building manager?
Access can be arranged with the nominated contact once the work and communication arrangements are authorised.
Can you work across several buildings or a portfolio?
Yes. We will agree how work is requested, who authorises it and what information you need when each job is finished.
